Onboarding & Programme Notes
Last updated: 10 May 2026
How new workspaces are opened
New EncoreCRM workspaces are opened through a Guided Consultation and a short onboarding call, so your packages, terms and workflow are configured to match how you actually run bookings. These notes describe how that onboarding programme works and what to expect from your workspace.
What onboarding covers
- New Business Workspaces are opened following a Guided Consultation.
- Your packages, terms, workspace branding and workflow are configured with you.
- Product capabilities may be added, refined or reshaped as the DJ/MC toolset grows.
- Feedback you share may be used to improve the product for all DJ/MC workspaces.
- Programme terms, pricing and any specific capability may change over time — we will act reasonably and give notice where practical.
- Full commercial terms live in the Terms of Service; this page describes the onboarding experience.
Keep your own record of important information
As with any software, please keep your own copies of important client and event information. EncoreCRM is designed to be a reliable working system, not a replacement for your own records.
If workspace access is limited or withdrawn
Workspace access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn where the platform is misused, where the Terms of Service are breached, where required for security or operational reasons, or where fees apply and remain unpaid. We will act reasonably and, where practical, give notice before access is changed.
