Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice

EncoreCRM owns or holds the necessary licenses to the materials that make up the platform, including:

• the software and source code
• the user interface and user experience design
• brand assets, name, logo and visual identity
• the design system and component library
• templates, forms and document layouts
• operational workflows and automation structures
• documentation, copywriting and training materials
• internal legal and operational templates
• prompts and internal system structures, where applicable

You may not, in whole or in part:

• copy or reproduce platform content for use outside EncoreCRM
• download platform materials for reuse in another product or service
• resell or redistribute any part of the platform or its materials
• clone, imitate or substantially recreate the platform or its workflows
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the software
• scrape or systematically extract content, templates, prompts or workflows
• use a trial or onboarding session to harvest workflows, templates, documents or forms for use outside EncoreCRM
• use platform content to build, train, support or operate a competing product

Your own client and event data, and content you upload to your workspace, remains yours. This notice protects EncoreCRM's intellectual property — it does not claim any ownership of your business records or your clients' information.
