These terms may be updated as EncoreCRM develops. Before the public paid launch, the documents may be reviewed and expanded.
The basics
EncoreCRM is built to help DJs and MCs run a calm, professional business. This policy sets out conduct that is not allowed on the platform. Breaches may result in suspension or termination of access.
You may not
- misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose
- attempt unauthorised access to any account, workspace or system
- bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation or any security measure
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform
- upload, transmit or distribute malware, viruses or harmful code
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful marketing to your clients
- upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful or infringing content
- impersonate another person, business or workspace member
- share account credentials improperly or allow unauthorised people to access your workspace
- use EncoreCRM to build, train, support or operate a copied or competing product
- interfere with the platform's operation or with other users' use of it
- use the platform to facilitate fraud, scams or other harmful conduct
